Black Bean Rice
Good way to switch up protein intake!
Ingredients
- Black beans — 1/3 cup, soak overnight
- White/brown rice — 1/2 cup
- Quinoa — 1/3 cup
Instructions
- Wash and soak black beans overnight.
- In a rice cooker, put in the soaked beans, rice and quinoa. Put water line to 1.5 cups.
- Optional: add butter, cheese, or olive oil to serve.
