Crispy Cod
Kids love this one!
Ingredients
- Cod filet — (salmon can also be used)
- Panko and grated Parmesan — equal parts
- Butter — melted (use as liquid for binding)
- Optional: chopped nuts
Instructions
- Melt butter. Mix in panko, parmesan and chopped nuts (optional).
- Coat fish in mixture.
- Bake at 425F for 18 minutes.
