Crispy Cod

Kids love this one!

Ingredients

  • Cod filet — (salmon can also be used)
  • Panko and grated Parmesan — equal parts
  • Butter — melted (use as liquid for binding)
  • Optional: chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter. Mix in panko, parmesan and chopped nuts (optional).
  2. Coat fish in mixture.
  3. Bake at 425F for 18 minutes.
