Miso Butter Pasta

Ingredients
- Spagetti
- Garlic — minced
- Miso — I like the type that has dashi infused
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes, avocado/olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley / cilantro
Instructions
- Boil pasta to al dente (2 minute less than direction) in salted water. Reserve one cup of pasta water.
- At the same time, heat butter (can mix in avocado or olive oil) and cook mushroom. Mix in minced garlic near the end. Season with pepper.
- Add pasta to the pan, mix with miso pasta and pasta water. Start with a little water and add more as you go to get to the right consistency. Stir until mixed well.
- Optional: sprinkle on grated parmesan and/or chopped parsley / cilantro and serve.
