Miso Cod

Always a favorite! Yup, my kids eat WAY better than me.

Ingredients

  • Cod filet — (salmon can also be used)
  • Miso paste — equal part with brown sugar
  • Brown sugar — equal part with miso paste
  • Sesame oil — dash
  • Mirin — about half portion of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pat dry fillet. Coat with seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
