Miso Cod
Always a favorite! Yup, my kids eat WAY better than me.
Ingredients
- Cod filet — (salmon can also be used)
- Miso paste — equal part with brown sugar
- Brown sugar — equal part with miso paste
- Sesame oil — dash
- Mirin — about half portion of brown sugar
Instructions
- Pat dry fillet. Coat with seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
